[XP] blocco pc e poi riavvio continuo
 

Da qualche tempo, mi capita che il pc improvvisamente si blocca (sempre quando sono collegato a internet). Premo il tasto reset per riavviare e il pc si riavvia in continuazione senza fermarsi. Per un attimo, proprio una frazione di secondo, compare una schermata blu. Poi la schermata dos con la scelta del tipo di avvio (provvisoria, ultima configurazione funzinonate, ecc.), ma qualsiasi cosa scelgo il pc si riavvia.
L'unica soluzione al momento è quella di spegnere il pc per almeno 15 minuti.
Lo riaccendo, e all'avvio mi compare un messaggio che dice che il pc è stato ripristinato in seguito a un errore grave.

Ho letto ma non sono riuscito a capire cosa devo fare esattamente.

io avevo il problema opposto , se facevo spegnere il pc , non si accendeva se non dopo 20-30 minuti , e il riavvio non funzionava...
ho risolto pulendo bene la ventola , togliendo la montagna di polvere che c'era , e applicando la pasta conduttiva (alla cpu?)....
cmq io sono un inesperto e quindi da inesperto ti posso chiedere:
x caso hai overcloccato un po' troppo?
hai controllato con antivirus/antispyware?
tieni 40mila cose aperte , 40mila prog inutili , e nn fai mai la deframmentazione?
tieni aperti tot programmi x scaricare ?

da me non ti aspettare la risposta , ma magari dai kualke indizio a ki ne sa di + :cine:
